鼓型齒式聯(lián)軸器是一種特別設(shè)計(jì)的先進(jìn)齒式聯(lián)軸器，其外齒制成球面，球面的中心在齒輪的軸線上，齒側(cè)的間隙比一般產(chǎn)品稍大，鼓形齒聯(lián)軸器可以傳遞較大的扭矩和允許較大的角位移，性能優(yōu)異且壽命更加長久。

As the gear type flexible coupling, it can be applied into various general drive sites. Due to the special hook face drum gear design, in the definitive deviation scope, it can effectively avoid the edge stress concentration at tooth meshing, so it has outstanding radial and angular centering capacity. 凸緣聯(lián)軸器屬于剛性聯(lián)軸器，是把兩個(gè)帶有凸緣的半聯(lián)軸器用普通平鍵分別與兩軸連接，然后用螺栓把兩個(gè)半聯(lián)軸器連成一體，以傳遞運(yùn)動和轉(zhuǎn)矩。這種聯(lián)軸器有兩種主要的結(jié)構(gòu)形式：靠鉸制孔用螺栓來實(shí)現(xiàn)兩軸對中和靠螺栓桿承受擠壓與剪切來傳遞轉(zhuǎn)矩；靠一個(gè)半聯(lián)軸器上的凸肩與另一個(gè)半聯(lián)軸器上的凹槽相配合而對中。連接兩個(gè)半聯(lián)軸器的螺栓可以采用A級和B級的普通螺栓，轉(zhuǎn)矩靠兩個(gè)半聯(lián)軸器結(jié)合面的摩擦力矩來傳遞。凸緣聯(lián)軸器結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，制造方便，成本較低，工作可靠，裝拆、維護(hù)均較簡便，傳遞轉(zhuǎn)矩較大，能保證兩軸具有較高的對中精度，一般常用于載荷平穩(wěn)，高速或傳動精度要求較高的軸系傳動。凸緣聯(lián)軸器不具備徑向、軸向和角向補(bǔ)償。剛性聯(lián)軸器是一種扭轉(zhuǎn)剛性的聯(lián)軸器，即使承受負(fù)載時(shí)也無任何回轉(zhuǎn)間隙，即便是有偏差產(chǎn)生負(fù)荷時(shí)，剛性聯(lián)軸器還是剛性傳遞扭矩。
